· Operational Excellence: Analyze operational reports (e.g., daily reports, inventory) to identify trends, maximize efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Policy & Procedure Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of program and organization-wide policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
· Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to financial guidelines and targets.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key community stakeholders to support program objectives and community engagement.
· Administrative & Reporting: Oversee administrative processes, ensure meticulous maintenance of records and databases, and provide required reporting deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders.
· Event Planning: Plan and organize meetings and special events as required to support operational and organizational goals.
· Other Duties: Perform additional duties as necessary to support the success of the Toronto office and the OSC's mission.
